Lower compliance on weekends, so recommend
starting toward the end of the week, if feasible, so
don’t compound the problem with subject
fatigue/loss of interest
Emphasize importance of wearing for complete
days on the weekends
Reminder to put on first thing even if sleep late
and to wear right up until bedtime
Reminder to back on if remove for swimming
